This Privacy Policy explains how the Engrow mobile application ("App"), developed by Cem Altun ("we", "us"), operates and what data it processes. By using Engrow, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Engrow does not collect or store your personal information on our servers. The App runs entirely on your device.

Information stored locally on your device:

• Your learning progress (completed topics, quiz results, success percentages)
• Your usage statistics (XP, streak, number of questions answered)
• Your app preferences (language, theme, notification settings)

This information never leaves your device. When you delete the App, this data is also deleted.

2. Third-party services

Engrow uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — Used for subscription management. RevenueCat creates an anonymous user identifier and manages your subscription status. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store — All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment information is not transmitted to us. Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

3. Children's privacy

Engrow does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this App. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

4. Data security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security largely depends on your device's own security features (password, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We recommend keeping device-level security enabled.

5. Your rights

You have full control over your locally stored data:

• View: Access all your progress data within the App
• Delete: Permanently delete all data by uninstalling the App
• Reset: Reset your progress through the Settings section

Your subscription information is managed through your Apple ID account.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you in the App. You can track updates by checking the "Last updated" date.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Cem Altun ("biz", "bize") tarafından sunulan Engrow mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Engrow'u indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet açıklaması

Engrow, A1'den C2'ye CEFR seviyelerinde İngilizce gramer öğretimi sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Konu anlatımları, alıştırmalar, testler ve final sınavları içerir.

2. Hesap ve kayıt

Engrow'u kullanmak için hesap oluşturmanıza gerek yoktur. Tüm veriler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

3. Abonelik ve ödemeler

3.1 Ücretsiz içerik

A1 ve A2 seviyelerindeki tüm konular ücretsizdir.

3.2 Engrow Pro abonelikleri

B1, B2, C1 ve C2 seviyelerine, final sınavlarına ve diğer premium özelliklere erişim için Engrow Pro aboneliği gerekir.

Sunulan paketler:

• Aylık abonelik
• Yıllık abonelik
• Ömür boyu erişim (tek seferlik ödeme)

3.3 Otomatik yenileme

• Abonelikler, dönem sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat önce Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
• Otomatik yenilemeyi istediğiniz zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz

3.4 İptal

Aboneliğinizi cihazınızdaki Ayarlar > [Adınız] > Abonelikler menüsünden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal işlemi mevcut dönem sonunda devreye girer; mevcut dönem boyunca erişiminiz devam eder.

3.5 İade

Apple App Store üzerinden yapılan satın almaların iadeleri Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade talepleriniz için Apple'a başvurabilirsiniz: https://support.apple.com/tr-tr/HT204084

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Engrow'u şu şekillerde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Yasalara aykırı amaçlarla
• Uygulamanın kodunu tersine mühendislik yaparak veya kopyalayarak
• Uygulamayı veya içeriğini izinsiz çoğaltarak veya yeniden dağıtarak
• Apple'ın Kullanım Koşullarını ihlal edecek şekilde

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm içerikler (gramer açıklamaları, sorular, görsel öğeler, maskot, tasarım) Cem Altun'a aittir. İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Engrow eğitim amaçlı bir uygulamadır. İçeriklerin doğruluğu için elimizden geleni yapsak da:

• İçerikler "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır
• Sınav başarısı veya dil yeterlilik garantisi vermiyoruz
• Uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanarak alacağınız kararlardan sorumlu değiliz
• Yapay zeka destekli içeriklerde nadiren hatalar olabilir; bunları bildirmenizi öneririz

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Hizmetin değiştirilmesi

Uygulamayı, özelliklerini veya içeriğini önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Bu durumda aktif aboneliğiniz varsa, kalan dönem için iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

8. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşullarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bildirim yapacağız. Güncellemeden sonra Engrow'u kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Anlaşmazlık durumunda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Engrow mobile application ("App") provided by Cem Altun ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Engrow, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Engrow is a mobile application offering English grammar instruction at CEFR levels A1 through C2. It includes topic explanations, exercises, quizzes, and final exams.

2. Account and registration

You do not need to create an account to use Engrow. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Subscription and payments

3.1 Free content

All topics at A1 and A2 levels are free.

3.2 Engrow Pro subscriptions

Access to B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels, final exams, and other premium features requires an Engrow Pro subscription.

Available packages:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime access (one-time payment)

3.3 Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID account 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues throughout the current period.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple: https://support.apple.com/HT204084

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Engrow in the following ways:

• For unlawful purposes
• By reverse engineering or copying the App's code
• By unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the App or its content
• In ways that violate Apple's Terms of Service

5. Intellectual property

All content in the App (grammar explanations, questions, visual elements, mascot, design) belongs to Cem Altun. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Engrow is an educational application. While we strive for content accuracy:

• Content is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee exam success or language proficiency
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the App
• AI-assisted content may rarely contain errors; we encourage you to report them

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, its features, or content with or without prior notice. If you have an active subscription in such a case, you may request a refund for the remaining period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use of Engrow after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
